Joint Planning Board meetings require persons to give advance notification of desire to speak by contacting the Town Clerk or Planning Staff.
Joint Planning Board meetings are open to the public, however, they are not the forum for expressing opinions. The forum to express your opinion is the Town Planning Commission meeting. Persons with matters being heard before the Joint Planning Board are encouraged to attend to provide clarification.
